Lentex Flooring is a producer of floor coverings that are made of several visible layer of heterogeneous floor coverings. Concerned about the high quality of the floor coverings production it begins her from the core, which is the fiberglass veil. At the beginning of the production process there are prepared suitable paste made of PVC, its solvent and additives, to improve product properties. Prepared paste is delivered to the production line, where special pumps place it on the veil. Properly set knife provides the required thickness for each of the paste, so that the final product have the appropriate parameters.

PVC floor coverings division paying particular attention on the quality of products has two laboratories – metrology and chemical. The first one deals with the control of the parameters (weight, total thickness, thickness of wear layer, dirt resistance) of manufactured semi-finished and finished product. In this laboratory also are analyzed the parameters of prepared for production of resilient floor covering pastes. Only after the confirmation that parameters are compatible with specification given paste can be allowed to the production.

Chemical laboratory is responsible for the control of incoming to our Company raw materials. Each delivery of raw material ( if specification do not state differently) must be firstly analyzed, if parameters are compatible with the standards and quality certificate provided by producer. In case when there will be some differences whole set is rejected and there is complaint to producer. The laboratory also take under control the concentrates paints and this one prepared on the production. The aim of such control is to avid a differences of shades of the same design in different parts or products.
